👥 İŞKUR and SSI Incentives Guide (2025)

Purpose of the Program

This is a program designed for employers to train inexperienced new personnel they will hire at their own workplace, on the job. In this process, İŞKUR pays pocket money to the participant while also covering the employer's SSI premiums, providing a significant cost advantage.

Advantages Provided

  • Cost Advantage During Training: During the program, the participant's SSI premiums (work accident and occupational disease, and general health insurance) are covered by İŞKUR.

  • Training Qualified Personnel: You get the opportunity to train your employees with practical training according to your own work culture and needs.

  • Financial Support to the Participant: İŞKUR pays the participant pocket money in amounts ranging from 425.09 TRY to 1,105.23 TRY per day during the program.

Application Conditions

  • Having at least five insured employees.

  • Being an employer registered with İŞKUR.

  • The participant must have completed the age of 15 and not be retired.

  • The employer must not have any tax or SSI premium debts.

Support Durations

The program duration varies by sector:

  • In IT and manufacturing sectors: Maximum 6 months

  • In other sectors: Maximum 3 months

  • In programs within the scope of future professions: Maximum 9 months

Application Process

Applications are made between January 1 and December 31 through İŞKUR's online services or via İŞKUR service centers. As Atlas Nestor Consultancy, we professionally manage the entire application and follow-up process on your behalf.
