GOVERNMENT INCENTIVES
By the Social Security Institution (SGK), employers are given incentives such as 5510, 6111, 7103, 4857, 7252, 6645, 6486, 6322, 25510 to increase employment, encourage the participation of women, disabled individuals, recent graduates, and young people in the workforce, promote the development of underdeveloped regions, shift production to industrial zones, provide vocational training and certification for employees, and hire employees who have relevant diplomas.
Most of these incentives are tied to multiple criteria for both employees and employers, making it quite challenging to use them without professional support from employers. The high number of employees or multiple employees eligible for several incentives also makes these incentives increasingly complex.
