Manufacturing firms, retail e-commerce sites, and SMEs selling through their own e-commerce sites or international marketplaces are within the scope of the support.
Which Expenses are Covered?
- Market Entry Report Support: Market research reports for the target country or product category.
- Digital Marketplace Promotion Support: Advertising expenses on platforms like Amazon, eBay, Alibaba.
- E-Export Promotion Support: Social media, Google ads, foreign language content creation, and digital marketing activities.
- Fulfillment Service Support: Expenses related to overseas warehousing, packaging, order fulfillment, and return processes.
- Online Store and E-Commerce Services Support: Entry, membership, and service fees for e-commerce platforms.
- Marketplace Commission Expense Support: Marketplace commissions in certain developing markets.
2025 Support Rates and Limits
The general support rate is 50%, and this rate can go up to 70% for expenditures towards target countries. Each item has its own specific limits:

Application Process and Special Notes
Application Steps
- The company's status as an SME or large-scale enterprise is defined in the DYS (Support Management System).
- An online application is made via DYS after the expenditure is incurred.
- Necessary documents (invoice, service contract, bank receipt, advertising reports, etc.) are uploaded to the system.
- The application must be made within 6 months at the latest after the expenditure (this period is 3 months for some items).
- For applications reviewed and approved by the relevant Exporters' Association, the support payment is made in TRY.
Special Notes
- The supports are aimed at both companies and cooperating organizations like Exporters' Associations.
- Collective projects benefiting multiple companies, such as an "E-Export Development Project," are also supported.
- In addition to these supports, e-exporting firms can simultaneously benefit from other classical export supports (fairs, brand registration, etc.).
- The applicant company must not have any SSI or tax debts.
