This support is for the promotional activities abroad of firms operating in service sectors such as software, health, education, film, and contracting. The main purpose of the program is to increase Turkey's service exports in addition to its goods exports, thereby adding value to the economy.

Application Process and Strategic Notes

Application Steps

  1. 1. Carrying out the Activity

    The promotional activity under the support (advertising, sponsorship, etc.) is carried out and the relevant expenditures are made.


  2. 2. Application via DYS

    An online application must be made via DYS (Support Management System) within 6 months at the latest from the date of expenditure.


  3. 3. Uploading Necessary Documents

    Supporting documents such as the invoice, payment receipt, service contract, and evidence of the promotional activity (ad visual, website link, etc.) are attached to the application.


Special Notes and Points to Consider

  • It is essential that the target audience of the promotional activity is foreign and that the promotion is conducted in a foreign language.

  • The supported activities must take place in the country or market targeted by the project.

  • The method of service delivery can be both digital (online training, software sales, etc.) and physical (health tourism, contracting, etc.).
