🎓 Sectoral Qualified Training Support (2025): Guide to Specialization in Export

Sectoral Qualified Training Support is a Ministry of Trade incentive provided to strengthen the human resources, the most valuable asset of exporting firms. The program aims to increase your team's competence and your company's competitiveness by covering the costs of sector-specific specialized trainings for your employees.

Who Can Benefit and Which Trainings Are Supported?

Who Can Benefit?

  • Exporting firms

  • Exporters' Associations and sectoral associations (for trainings they organize for their members)

  • Important Condition: The employees receiving the training must be on the company's SSI payroll as of the training date.

Which Training Expenses are Covered?

The program supports a wide range of trainings that will enhance the exporter's competence:

📜Certification ProgramsTraining and examination expenses for internationally valid professional certificate and qualification programs.
🌐Export-Oriented Skills TrainingsTrainings such as digital marketing, foreign trade and customs procedures, international logistics and supply chain management, and quality management systems.

Application Process and Points to Consider

Application Steps

  1. 1. Application Timing

    The support application can be made via DYS (Support Management System) either before the training activity starts or after it is completed.


  2. 2. Uploading Necessary Documents

    Supporting documents such as the training invoice, payment receipt, certificate of attendance, and the curriculum detailing the content of the training are attached to the application.


  3. 3. Evaluation and Payment

    The relevant Exporters' Association reviews the application, and the support payment is made in TRY for the approved expenditures.


Special Notes

  • It is essential that the supported trainings are provided by competent and accredited institutions in their fields.

  • The training subject must be directly related to the sector in which the firm operates and be of a professional nature. General personal development trainings are not supported.
