The Overseas Warehouse Support is a program that encourages Turkish firms to establish or rent warehouses, bonded warehouses, or distribution centers in the countries they export to. The main goal of this support is to ensure fast and timely delivery of products to customers in the target market and to significantly reduce the logistics costs of the firms.

Who Can Benefit and Which Expenses Are Covered?

Who Can Benefit?

• Manufacturing or exporting companies based in Turkey


• Firms that rent or operate a warehouse abroad in their own name or through a 100% owned subsidiary

Which Expenses are Covered?

The program is aimed at covering the basic expenses of a warehouse:

• The gross rental fee paid for the warehouse or bonded warehouse


• The warehouse's insurance and security services expenses


• Basic operating expenses such as electricity, water, and maintenance (at certain rates)


• Local taxes and dues related to the warehouse

Application Process and Special Notes

Application Steps

1. 1. DYS Application

   The application is made by submitting the lease agreement and other documents related to the warehouse to the Ministry via DYS (Support Management System).




2. 2. Uploading Necessary Documents

   During the application, receipts for rental payments, invoices, and visuals showing that the warehouse is operational must be uploaded to the system.




3. 3. Application Period

   The application must be completed within 6 months at the latest after the expenditure for the relevant rental period has been made.
