Buyer Mission and Trade Mission Support is a promotional and organizational support provided to enable Turkish firms to meet directly with potential customers abroad and establish new business connections.
Potential buyers from abroad are invited to Turkey. Here, they are enabled to hold B2B meetings with Turkish firms and visit factories and facilities.
Turkish firms from a specific sector go abroad as a delegation to target markets. There, they conduct B2B meetings and market analyses with potential buyers.
This support is primarily aimed at the Cooperating Organizations that arrange the event. Exporting firms benefit indirectly by participating in these organizations.
The program supports almost all expenses of a mission organization:
Mission organizations are subject to mandatory pre-approval. The organizing institution must apply to the Ministry for approval a reasonable time before the event.
The mission organization (B2B meetings, facility visits, etc.) is carried out in accordance with the approved program flow and participant list.
Applications are made by the organizing institution through the DYS (Support Management System) within 3 months at the latest after the expenditure.
Supporting documents such as the program flow, participant list, invitation texts, expenditure invoices, payment receipts, and media materials are attached to the application.
