The Online Store and Platform Support is a program aimed at supporting the expenses of e-exporting firms, such as opening virtual stores on international marketplaces (Amazon, Alibaba, eBay, etc.), and their membership and commission fees. This support accelerates the digitalization of firms in the transition to e-export and reduces their market entry costs.

Application Process and Special Notes

Application Steps

Applications are made through DYS (Support Management System) after the expenditures have been made:

  1. The contract for the service procured from the platform and payment documents (invoice, receipt) are prepared.

  2. Detailed performance reports (clicks, impressions, etc.) for advertising expenses are obtained from the platform.

  3. An application file is created on DYS with all these documents and submitted for the approval of the relevant Exporters' Association.

Special Notes and Points to Consider

  • The support is only valid for international and overseas-oriented platforms; domestic platforms are not supported.

  • Criteria such as the global recognition of the e-commerce platform, its number of active users, and the scope of countries it operates in are taken into account in the evaluation of the application.
