E-Export Consortium Support

🤝 E-Export Consortiums Support (2025): Digital Power Born from Unity

The E-Export Consortium Support is a collective digital export incentive provided specifically to consortiums formed by multiple firms coming together. The main goal of this program is to enable small and medium-sized firms, which have difficulty entering global markets on their own, to engage in e-export by joining forces.

Who Can Benefit and Which Expenses Are Supported?

Who Can Benefit?

This support is aimed at the legal entities that organize and run the project, and their member firms:

  • Projects approved as an "E-Export Consortium" by the Ministry of Trade

  • The managing company that undertakes the project management of the consortium

  • SME-status manufacturing and/or trading firms within the consortium

Which Expenses are Covered?

The program supports all the essential expenses a consortium would need for its joint e-export activities:

  • Joint promotion and digital marketing activities

  • Joint membership fees for international marketplace platforms

  • Fulfillment (warehousing, packaging, return management) and overseas logistics expenses

  • Costs for jointly used e-export software and digital infrastructure

Application Process and Strategic Notes

Application Steps

  1. 1. Getting the Consortium Approved

    The managing company that will run the project must obtain pre-approval for "E-Export Consortium" status by submitting the project file, prepared together with the member firms, to the Ministry of Trade.


  2. 2. Submission of a Detailed Plan

    It is mandatory to submit a detailed activity plan, a joint budget, and a target marketing strategy to the Ministry during the application.


  3. 3. Making Expenditures and Application

    Expenditures are made from the joint budget within the scope of the approved project, and a support application is made via DYS with the supporting documents.


Special Notes and Points to Consider

  • A consortium to be supported must include at least 5 firms.

  • The consortium's operational performance and its contribution to export growth are measured and evaluated by the Ministry each year.
