🚀 KOSGEB Entrepreneur Support Program (2025): Growth and Investment Opportunities

KOSGEB continues to offer strong supports to entrepreneurs in 2025. The Entrepreneur Support Program, prepared especially for businesses operating in the fields of production, technology, and IT, targets both newly established entrepreneurs and existing SMEs.

1st Period: March 1 – 31, 2025
2nd Period: June 2 – 30, 2025

Applications are made via the KOSGEB e-Services screen on e-Government.

Additional SupportFor young (under 30), female, disabled, veteran, or martyr's relative entrepreneurs: +150,000 TRY
RepaymentThere is no repayment for 36 months (3 years) after receiving the support. At the end of the 36th month, the amount received is paid back without interest or commission.

  • Firms registered with KOSGEB and with an up-to-date SME Declaration

  • Training, consultancy, and testing services

  • Branding, design, patent, and marketing expenditures

  • Manufacturing industry

  • R&D and scientific research activities

Critical Application Conditions

  • Registration in the KOSGEB database and being an active SME.

  • Having an up-to-date SME Declaration.

  • Having no SSI or tax debts.

  • Having completed KOSGEB-approved entrepreneurship training programs.

Evaluation Process and Why You Should Apply

Evaluation Process

This support is competition-based. Applications are subject to a preliminary evaluation by KOSGEB, followed by a jury or board review. Scoring is based on criteria such as the project's innovativeness, feasibility, and value-added. The top 500 projects with the highest scores nationwide and the top 3 projects in each province are supported.
