🤝 Sectoral Trade and Buyer Mission Supports (2025)

This support covers the organization of sectoral trade missions held abroad for the promotion of a specific sector, and sectoral buyer missions brought to Turkey. The aim is to make Turkish firms collectively visible in foreign markets and to enable them to establish direct B2B (business-to-business) contacts with foreign buyers.

Potential buyers from abroad are invited to Turkey. Here, they are enabled to hold B2B meetings with Turkish firms and visit production facilities.

Turkish firms from a specific sector go abroad as a delegation to target markets. There, they conduct B2B meetings with potential buyers.

Who Can Organize and Which Expenses Are Covered?

Who Can Benefit? (Organization and Participation)

This support is primarily aimed at the Cooperating Organizations that arrange the event. Exporting firms benefit indirectly by participating in these organizations.

  • Exporters' Associations

  • Chambers of Commerce and Industry

  • Sectoral associations and organizations

  • Other cooperating organizations approved by the Ministry

Which Expenses are Covered?

The program supports almost all expenses of a mission organization:

  • Flight, accommodation, meeting room, interpreter, and guide services

  • Transfer, promotion, invitation printing, and promotional materials

  • Visual media works and launch content

  • Local transportation of the mission participants abroad

  • Digital infrastructure and moderator services for online missions

2025 Support Rates and Limit

  • Support Rate: 70% of expenditures

  • Support Limit per Organization: Up to ~5,000,000 TRY

  • Online Missions: The support rate is a fixed 50%.

  • Participant's Share: The organizing institution may request a certain contribution fee from the participating firms.

Application Process and Strategic Notes

Application Steps

  1. 1. Obtaining Pre-Approval

    Mission organizations are subject to mandatory pre-approval. The organizing institution must apply to the Ministry for approval a reasonable time before the event.


  2. 2. Carrying out the Organization

    The mission organization is carried out in accordance with the approved program flow and participant list.


  3. 3. Application via DYS

    Applications are made by the organizing institution through the DYS (Support Management System) within 3 months at the latest after the expenditure.


  4. 4. Uploading Necessary Documents

    Supporting documents such as program flows, participant lists, invitation texts, expenditure documents, and media materials are attached to the application.


Special Notes

  • Online (virtual) mission organizations can also be included in this support.

  • Individual firms cannot apply directly for this support; they benefit indirectly by participating in missions organized by cooperating organizations.

  • Having a specific sectoral focus for the event provides priority in the approval of the application.
