This program is a KOSGEB support integrated with the Technology-Oriented Industry Move Program conducted by the Ministry of Industry and Technology. Its main purpose is to encourage the production of high value-added, critically important products in medium-high and high-technology sectors in Turkey, and to support investment projects in this field.
Within the program, non-refundable support is provided in two main areas for projects that pass the Industry Move call and are directed to KOSGEB:

The investor first makes a preliminary application with their strategic product project to the Technology-Oriented Industry Move Program call opened by the Ministry of Industry and Technology.
Firms whose projects are found suitable as a result of the evaluation by the Ministry are invited to make a final application and are directed to KOSGEB through the Program Portal.
The referred firm completes its application in the format requested by KOSGEB. At this stage, it is mandatory for the firm to be registered in the KBS (KOSGEB Information System), be active, and have an up-to-date business declaration.
All businesses with the status of a capital company based in Turkey can apply to this program by following the two-stage process above.
