🇹🇷 Turkish Goods Image Support (2025 Guide)

The Turkish Goods Image Support is a Ministry of Trade incentive that provides financing for international promotional campaigns conducted nationwide to strengthen the perception of the “Made in Türkiye” brand abroad. The goal is to promote the quality, trust, and design power of Turkish products in target markets.

This support is aimed at Cooperating Organizations that conduct sectoral or general promotional campaigns, rather than individual firms:

  • Turkish Exporters Assembly (TİM)

  • Exporters' Associations

  • Sectoral associations and unions

  • Other cooperating organizations and consortiums approved by the Ministry

Which Expenses are Covered?

The program supports almost every type of expenditure required for a large-scale promotional campaign:

2025 Support Rates and Limits

  • Support Rate: 75% of expenditures

  • Upper Limit per Campaign: Up to 50,000,000 TRY per project

  • Promotion Duration: Maximum 3 years

  • Evaluation: The campaign's performance is evaluated by the Ministry each year.

Application Process and Strategic Notes

Application Steps

  1. 1. Campaign Plan and Pre-Approval

    The detailed campaign plan (target audience, market, budget, media plan, etc.) must be submitted to the Ministry of Trade and pre-approval is mandatory.


  2. 2. Making the Expenditures

    Within the scope of the approved project, all expenditures are made directly by the cooperating organization running the event.


  3. 3. Application via DYS

    A support application is made via DYS (Support Management System) along with expenditure documents, media plan, contracts, visual and digital content.


  4. 4. Evaluation and Payment

    The Ministry reviews the expenditures and campaign results. The support payment for approved expenditures is made in TRY.


Special Notes and Points to Consider

  • The compatibility of the campaigns with Turkey's target country list and strategic sectors increases the chances of the application being approved.

  • All promotional content produced must comply with the local laws of the target countries and international advertising standards.

  • The public perception and media feedback generated by the campaign are periodically monitored and reported by the Ministry.
