The program's aim is to create sustainable, strong, and competitive Turkish brands in global markets. In this respect, TURQUALITY® aims to elevate both product/service quality and brand perception to an international level.

Application Conditions, Support Rate, and Limits (2025)

Who Can Apply?

The basic requirements to apply for the TURQUALITY® Program are as follows:

  • Having an average export of 3 million USD in the last 3 years or at least 10 million USD export in the last year.

  • Having a registered brand in Turkey and in at least one foreign country.

  • The applicant must have direct ownership of or an organic bond with the brand (it can be a group company).

  • The product or service must be of "Turkish origin" and registered in a way that does not harm the public image.

Support Rate and Limits

  • Support Rate: 50% of expenditures

  • Support Duration: 5 years for each target market (can be extended for an additional 5 years based on performance)

  • Annual Company Upper Limit: 411,963,750 TRY (updated amount for 2025)

  • Expenditure Item Limits: There is no upper limit for expenditures in many categories (advertising, rent, software, etc.).

Application Process and What's New in 2025

Application Steps

  1. The company's eligibility for the program is checked, and the necessary preliminary documents are gathered.

  2. A digital application is made through the Ministry of Trade's Support Management System (DYS).

  3. A company analysis is conducted with an independent consulting firm authorized by the Ministry, and a "Development Roadmap" is prepared.

  4. The company is accepted into the program with the decision of the Evaluation Commission.

  5. The company makes its expenditures within the scope of the approved project and receives a 50% refund via DYS.

  • The annual limits for all support items have been updated and increased.

  • New service sectors such as software, health, education, and tourism have been included in the scope of support.

  • Document submission and digital application systems for expenditures have been further improved.

  • A separate program specifically for IT companies has been created under the name E-TURQUALITY.
